		<description>Hi,

I just wanted to mention that I have read research which suggests that constant use of Echinacea is not good for you as the body then begins to rely on it to build its defence mechanisms as opposed to strengthening itself to fight cold and flu alone. It is recommended to only take Echinacea should you feel that you are run down or getting sniffley etc and that Echinacea should only be taken everyday over a maximum of 2 weeks a time.

Thanks</description>
